The ARC8 Production team is highly experienced in the event production industry. With the combined years of experience and a variety of skill sets, we can offer end-to-end event technology services. We have worked on every event size and type imaginable, including large conferences, corporate roadshows, webcasts, and more.
The firm’s creation is ultimately rooted in two founding ideas; to provide all-inclusive, white-glove support and effective, dependable services to our clients.

ABOUT
Peter Zabelin, Principal
My 15+ years in event technology production started when I volunteered to help with lighting for a grade school event. What kept bringing me back was the constant amazement of how a seemingly unremarkable hall could be completely transformed. This sense of awe and inspiration kept bringing me back and taunting my imagination.
In the following years, I worked closely with a mentor to learn all aspects of technical production. This led to a job with a local lighting production company which began my involvement in more significant projects such as VMWorld, Dreamforce, Oracle World, Google I/O, and the like. I also took on a managerial role in events like Bentley car unveilings and SFO’s Terminal 2 reopening, which was particularly special for me as my grandfather was an engineer on the original T2 building.
A pivotal point in my career has been the partnership with Kaiser Permanente. During my years with Kaiser, I had exceptional growth holding Lighting and Technical Director roles. During this time, I began developing of what is now ARC8 Productions.
Through ARC8’s reliability, creativity and dedication, we create an impactful and memorable experience for you, the same way I felt over 20 years ago in that grade school hall.
